Things to Know Before Packing Your Tour to Goa

Blackout dates (1- 10 November | 15 Dec- 10 Jan | 23- 28 Jan) are not valid at rates.
Fix Our Trip may rearrange the itinerary due to any disturbance (i.e., weather conditions, political conditions, or others) without modifying the number of days the trip will be in total and without affecting the services provided.
Any change in services or hotels may affect the rates. If the number of people in the package increases, then the client will bear the difference in the cost.
The availability of the hotels is subject to them. The travelers will be housed in a property of a similar standard if unavailable.
Only adults will be considered as children above 8 years of age. Children below 8 years of age are free of charge.
It follows the respective state government guidelines, and social distancing is to be maintained. Hand sanitization and the use of masks are recommended frequently.
Passports and visas are to be shared by all foreign nationals upon booking and arrival.
We shall charge for any breakage or damage of any items at actuals.
For a group of 4 people, transport will be a sedan; above five people will be Innova; above nine people will be tempo travelers.
The rates quoted in the package are per person in a group of 2. The cost will decrease if you are traveling in larger groups. The best rates are available to you now!
Prices for airport/railway station pick-up and drop service may vary depending on the location.
Rescheduling Policy for Private (Standard and Deluxe Package) & Group Bookings: 1) If rescheduling is made 7 days after the booking date till 15 days before the date of travel, then 30.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees; 2) If rescheduling is made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel, then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees; 3) If bookings are made 15 days before the travel date, no rescheduling or modifications will be made.
No modification or rescheduling for private (super Deluxe) or hotel-specific bookings will be made. Such cases will be subject to a standard cancellation policy.
In case of a force majeure event (natural disaster, political unrest, other unforeseen circumstances, etc.), Fix Our Trip reserves the right to reschedule Tours & Trek or to offer alternative itineraries to keep the clients and the staff safe.
Cancellation After Rescheduling: If clients reschedule their tours or treks but later decide to cancel, they will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. The rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.

Confirmation Policy

Customers are required to pay 20% of the booking amount (non-refundable) to confirm the booking of the tour package.
Thereafter, the traveller will get a voucher for a cost equivalent to 40% of the package for the subsequent tour booking section.
Then from there, travellers will be required to pay the remaining 40% for the pending booking amount on the day of travel before boarding.
Alternatively, if the desired schedule requested by the customer is not available, we will set up an alternative schedule with a new confirmation voucher.
Even before confirmation, one can cancel the booking and the desired amount will be refunded back to the customers bank account.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is made more than 30 days before the travel date, 20% of cancellation charges will apply.
Cancellation made within 20 days before the travel date, the cancellation charges of 50% of travel package will apply.
If a cancellation is made within 15 days of the departure date 100% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Some tours & activities may be canceled due to unanticipated events, government restrictions, and bad weather. However, feasible alternatives for this situation will be made. Cash refunds are not allowed.

How do we handle refunds?

The refunds would be processed in maximum ten business days after receipt of the Request. In case the refund is allowed after deducting the non refundable booking amount, the balance will be posted to your bank account directly. Our team will take your bank details or UPI ID for a direct refund to your bank account.

Payment Terms Policy

100% of the entire tour cost to be paid for booking a tour 0 days before the commencement of the tour.
