After reaching your hotel, a welcome drink will create an ambience for a perfect holiday. A quick check-in then allows you to unwind in spacious rooms and have a good wash-up.

Aguada Fort

Aguada Fort – A Sea-Covering View

The Aguada Fort is a Portuguese fort with a massive historical backdrop built on a hill above the Arabian Sea and has long served to ward off invasions from the Dutch and the Marathas. Built in 1612, the fort’s name comes from the Portuguese word “Aguada,” which means freshwater, as it once possessed one of the largest freshwater reservoirs of Asia.

The fort completely offers breathtaking views over the sea below and surrounding fielded landscapes that make it a favourite with photographers and history lovers. An immense wall stands imploringly with vintage cannons as its flank and stalwart architecture in a column, something that probes into the colonial past of Goa.

Aguada Lighthouse – First Lighthouse of Asia

Aguada lighthouse is one of the first lighthouses in Asia. Its construction next to the fort is another landmark; this lighthouse, set up in the 19th century, has led mariners along Goa’s coastline.

A Journey of Culture, Spirituality, and Scenic Beauty Wake up to another glorious morning in Goa! After a nourishing breakfast at the hotel restaurant, breakfast head off for an 8-hour excursion to explore today the serene and soulful side of Goa—South Goa.
Unique from the North Goa party scene, today’s journey shall lead you to the spiritual heart of Goa, passing by historic landmarks and tranquil beaches. South Goa offers majestic temples, grand churches, and alluring villages designed in Portuguese style: a perfect environment for heritage, devotion, and serenity to coexist.
While visiting various sacred sites, you can see how much calm energy surrounds you, which in small measures gives time and space for reflection and positive vibrations. Stunning architecture is ornamented with delicate carvings brought about centuries ago, giving delightful glimpses into Goa’s rich cultural heritage.

Shri Mangueshi Temple – Peace, Health, and Happiness for Family

Shri Mangueshi Temple, one of Goa’s holiest Hindu sites, is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Day 4: Dudhsagar Waterfall & Spice Plantation: A Spectacular Natural Wonder

Today’s primary focus will be on the raw beauty of nature and Goa’s aromatic treasures. Breakfast is followed by a thrilling journey into the depths of the wilderness of Goa to the exalted Dudhsagar Waterfalls, one of the tallest and, indeed, one of the most magnificent waterfalls in the whole expanse of India.
An amazing jeep safari through the dense forests, bringing along an air of the starkest freshness, eradicates all the sounds from the city, and the enchantingly beautiful landscape starts enveloping you. The Bhagwan Mahaveer Sanctuary, the home of the falls, constitutes a biological haven where luxuriant flora, terrific trees, and exotic wildlife set the stage for the entrancing jungle experience.
Dudhsagar Waterfalls- With its tumbling, pristine white waters, the Dudhsagar Waterfalls is Goa’s tallest and most magnificent waterfall.
Spice Plantation – Go on a guided tour of aromatic spice farms and savor a traditional Goan buffet lunch afterwards.

Day 5: GOA DEPARTURE: Until We Meet Again

Eat a last leisurely breakfast, savoring the delight of good food all one last time before checking out of the hotel. Before leaving, have time to enjoy the hotel facilities—perhaps a dip in the pool, a fun game, or just spending peaceful time on the beach. Let the warm Goan sun and the cool sea breeze engrave these moments on your heart.
At the time of departure, an AC vehicle will be provided for your comfort and hassle-free transfer to the airport. You will leave the aircraft with not only just souvenir but also a memory filled with everlasting treasures-the sun-kissed beaches, cultural marvels, exciting adventures, and simply the experience of being in Goa.

Things to Know Before Packing Your Tour to Goa

  • The blackout dates are from November 1 to 10, December 15 to January 10, and January 23 to 28, which are not valid rates.
  • Fix Our Trip can change the itinerary, if at all required, due to some disturbance (weather conditions, political conditions, or others), maintaining the total days of the trip and without affecting the contractual or non-contractual service provided.
  • Any change in services or hotels can change the rates. In case the packages increase in number, the difference in the cost should be borne by the clients.
  • The hotels’ availability depends upon them; in case of not available rooms, the travelers will be accommodated in a property of the same standard.
  • Only adults are considered children who are older than 8 years; overlapping children under 8 years are free of charge.
  • State guidelines will be strictly adhered to during the entire stay, while social distancing is to be maintained. Hand sanitization and the usage of masks will be recommended at frequent intervals.
  • Foreign nationals shall be required to share their passports and visas at the time of booking and arrival.
  • The charge shall be applicable for any breakage or damage of any items at actuals.
  • Transport will be a sedan/Hatchbacks for four people. Whereas, five people and above, SUVs will be arranged. However, if the number of travelers is above 9, tempos will be arranged by our Fix Our Trip team.
  • The package base rates are per person on a double-occupancy basis. It shall be cheaper for the group. Best rates will be available for you.
  • The airport/railway station pick-up and drop service prices shall vary as per the location.
  • Rescheduling Policy for Private (Standard & Deluxe Package) & Group Bookings:

         1) Rescheduling made 7 days after booking until 15 days before travel will bear a 30% fee of the total tour cost; 

        2) Rescheduling from 0-15 days before travel will bear a 100% cancellation fee; 

        3) Rescheduling or changes are not allowed for bookings made 15 days before travel. 

  • There will be no amendment or rescheduling allowed for private (super Deluxe) or hotel-exclusive bookings. Such cases will, therefore, be subject to Standard Cancellation Policy. In case of a force majeure event (political unrest, natural disaster, other unforeseen circumstances, etc.), Fix Our Trip reserves the right to reschedule Tours Trek or offer other alternative itineraries so as to keep the clients and staff safe. 
  • If the clients reschedule their tours or treks , it does not mean any assurance that rescheduling will be continued. However, if they decide not to go at a later stage after rescheduling, it would attract a Standard Cancellation Policy. Also, the rescheduling fees paid will not be refunded to them.

Confirmation Policy

  • Customers are required to pay 20% of the booking amount (non-refundable) to confirm the booking of the tour package. 
  • Thereafter, the traveller will get a voucher for a cost equivalent to 40% of the package for the subsequent tour booking section. 
  • Then from there, travellers will be required to pay the remaining 40% for the pending booking amount on the day of travel before boarding. 
  • Alternatively, if the desired schedule requested by the customer is not available, we will set up an alternative schedule with a new confirmation voucher. 
  • Even before confirmation, one can cancel the booking and the desired amount will be refunded back to the customers bank account.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation is made more than 30 days before the travel date, 20% of cancellation charges will apply
  • Cancellation made within 20 days before the travel date, the cancellation charges of 50% of travel package will apply
  • If a cancellation is made within 15 days of the departure date 100% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Some tours & activities may be canceled due to unanticipated events, government restrictions, and bad weather. However, feasible alternatives for this situation will be made. Cash refunds are not allowed.
Pre-Postponed Policy
  • If travelers have suddenly got to face any emergency situation and they are unfortunately not able to proceed at the time of the trip. This is where our Pre-Post Poned policy comes in where you can request us to prepone your trip 7-10 days from the actual day of the trip. However, we also have the option to post poned the trip to your requested date so you do not miss the ultimate experience of Goa.

    Note: Approval depends on hotel and transport availability, and price adjustments may apply based on seasonal rates. If the new dates fall in a peak season, an additional price difference may be charged.

How do we handle refunds?

The refunds would be processed in maximum ten business days after receipt of the Request. In case the refund is allowed after deducting the non refundable booking amount, the balance will be posted to your bank account directly. Our team will take your bank details or UPI ID for a direct refund to your bank account.
